How it works and fees
From your first call to the prescription, here is how a home visit works and how the fee is set.
Step by step
- Your callCall +212 6 62 10 26 11 or message us on WhatsApp. We ask for your child’s age, weight and symptoms, your exact address and a call-back number.
- Emergency checkIf your answers suggest a serious problem, we tell you to call 141 or go straight to an emergency department.
- ConfirmationWe tell you who is coming, the arrival time and the fee.
- The visitThe doctor examines your child, makes a diagnosis and explains the treatment.
- AfterwardsKeep the prescription and the advice. If your child’s condition changes, call us back.
How the fee is set
The fee depends on the time of the visit (day, night, weekend, public holiday) and your area. We confirm it by phone before the doctor sets off. Payment is made at the end of the visit; accepted payment methods are confirmed when you call.
Travel insurance
Ask the doctor for an invoice for your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your policy.
Is your child unwell?
Call us or message us on WhatsApp: we tell you who is coming, when, and the fee, before anyone sets off.
