Night, weekend and holiday pediatric care in Casablanca
Children often fall ill in the evening or on a Sunday. We answer at any hour and send a doctor to you, even at 3 a.m.
When to call us at night
- High fever, or fever that does not come down with treatment.
- A cough that keeps your child awake, or a very blocked nose in a baby.
- Repeated vomiting or diarrhea.
- Ear, throat or tummy pain that wakes your child.
- A rash with fever.
- You are worried and want a medical opinion without waiting for the morning.
When to call 141 directly
- Your child is breathing very fast or with difficulty, or their lips turn blue.
- They have a seizure, lose consciousness, or are very floppy and hard to wake.
- Red or purple spots appear and do not fade when you press on them.
- They stop drinking, barely pass urine and have sunken eyes: signs of severe dehydration.
- They swallowed a toxic product or medicine, or had a bad fall on the head.
While you wait for the doctor
- Write down each temperature reading and its time.
- Do not over-dress a feverish child; offer small drinks often.
- Do not give a new medicine without medical advice; note those already given.
- If your child gets worse before the doctor arrives, call us back or call 141.
